This 8-in. carving knife is a full tang knife that has no rivets like most other kitchen cutlery. Instead, it's just a smooth, seamless flow of steel and polypropylene, contoured to fit nicely in the hand. This carving knife is just one of the many knives in this full line from Henckels.
