Wusthof Diamond Edge Steel

Made of carborundum with an industrial diamond surface, this steel can create a new edge on a completely dull knife and sharpen even the hardest German and Japanese cutlery metals. The 9" shaft is permanently bonded to the virtually indestructible synthetic handle. Dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended. Made in Solingen, Germany.
